Overview
PRODUCER
We're looking for a
Producer
to join our team, owning the end-to-end digital production pipeline and ensuring operational excellence for a global client. In this role, you'll lead the localization and delivery of global assets into local markets at scale—ensuring brand consistency, technical quality, on-time delivery, and cost control across always-on campaigns, content adaptations, social and digital touchpoints.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full digital production workflow across social and digital video assets
• Translate creative and strategic briefs into executable production plans, timing schedules, scopes, and cost estimates
• Drive the production process from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Manage large-scale, multi-country and multi-language adaptations of creative assets
• Oversee versioning, localization, and rapid edit cycles across multiple campaigns
• Manage quality control and platform compliance for all final assets
• Serve as the daily point of contact and escalation lead for the client
• Maintain alignment between global, regional, and local teams to ensure seamless execution
• Track budgets, reconciliations, and financial accuracy across projects
• Design and implement workflow improvements, templates, and automation solutions
• Standardize production processes to scale operations across markets
• Supervise all post-production phases including edit, motion, color, VFX, sound, and versioning
• Manage final delivery to multiple markets and platforms

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Producer or Project Management role at an agency or production company
• Experience working on global or multi-market FMCG brands preferred
• Strong understanding of digital content production and multi-format asset delivery
• Proven ability to manage high-volume production workflows
• Deep familiarity with platform specifications and formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Commercially savvy with strong operational understanding of scopes, budgets, and workflows
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), able to communicate clearly and professionally with senior client stakeholders
• Confident under pressure, solution-oriented, and passionate about quality delivery
