We're looking for an
AI Producer in Training
to join our Budapest HQ.

This is a role for someone early in their career who's creative, tech-savvy, and eager to learn how to turn complex AI ideas into stories that travel — videos, interviews, posts, and podcasts.

You'll sit alongside engineers, founders, and researchers — the people actually building new AI systems — and help bring their work to life for the world to see.

The Role

As an AI Producer in Training, you'll help shape how Lightbloom communicates online.

You'll film, edit, and publish videos; conduct on-camera interviews with our researchers and founders; and take part in launching our upcoming podcast.

You'll also explore the newest AI-based tools for production, editing, and automation — learning how to blend creativity with technology in real time.

This is an
in-person role
in our Budapest office, working closely with the Lightbloom Lab team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish content across Lightbloom's social channels.
  • Capture and edit behind-the-scenes videos and research highlights.
  • Conduct interviews with team members and guests on camera.
  • Help produce and manage our upcoming podcast.
  • Experiment with AI tools for scripting, editing, and automation.
  • Research emerging technologies and creative workflows for content production.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and founders to tell compelling stories.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in or near
    Budapest
    , available to work in the office.
  • Excellent written and spoken
    English
    communication skills.
  • Confident and natural on camera, able to interview others comfortably.
  • Interest in AI, creativity, and storytelling.
  • Some experience (or strong interest) in content creation, video editing, or social media.
  • Ability to code or willingness to learn — using tools like Python, JavaScript, or modern AI platforms.
  • Highly curious, self-driven, and eager to learn from hands-on work.
