We are looking for an
experienced Business Analyst
with
strong technical writing skills
to join our team and contribute to an innovative
FinTech project
.

Your main responsibilities

  • Analyze product solutions and processes within a complex FinTech environment.
  • Conduct requirements analyses and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Develop and coordinate functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders.
  • Model technical use cases and business processes within an
    agile development framework.
  • Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Create and maintain professional documentation (Confluence pages, webhelps, PDFs, etc.).
  • Oversee the full documentation lifecycle — from collecting information to coordinating reviews.
  • Ensure clear, accurate, and compliant documentation for financial and regulatory systems.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve company-wide documentation and analysis practices.

What we expect from you

  • Strong background in Business Analysis, ideally within FinTech, with a solid understanding of financial processes, products, or regulatory environments.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, process mapping, and solution design, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Good understanding of IT concepts, software engineering fundamentals, APIs, and cloud-based systems — deep development experience is not required.
  • Familiarity with XML-based authoring tools and documentation management platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, combined with high attention to detail.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with flexibility and strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops or project meetings.
