Responsibilities

  1. Supplier Account set-up
  2. Vetting of new Suppliers
  3. Supplier Edits
  4. Creating Supplier Accounts in PeopleSoft
  5. Verify Supplier bank details
  6. Carry out checks of Supplier account set-ups from colleagues
  7. PO creation & allocation of invoices
  8. Raising PO's
  9. Matching invoices to PO in Planergy
  10. Supplier uploads
  11. Supplier inbox administration
  12. Supplier Statement Reconciliation
  13. Query Resolution
  14. Running Reports
  15. Check Receipting in of goods and services
  16. Chasing of e-mail approvals
