Our multinational partner operates as the largest shared service organisation in the telecommunications sector, offers intelligent solutions in data, technology, and transformation. Now, you have the opportunity to join them as a Controlling & Reporting Specialist on a fixed-term basis

The role focuses on delivering clear and accurate financial insights to stakeholders, supporting decision-making and budgeting through regular and ad-hoc reporting. It involves operating planning/reporting systems, preparing financial analyses and forecasts, collaborating with teams to explain performance, and strengthening internal controls.

As a Controlling & Reporting Specialist, you will:

  • Provides FTE reporting to ensure transparent understanding of the financial position for the Group Data & Analytics.
  • Supports monthly financial reviews during the closing process and coordinates the preparation of review materials.
  • Collaborates with business and cross-functional teams to explain and justify performance versus forecasts and previous periods.
  • Drives and contributes to planning activities, including budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Acts as a financial business consultant, identifying opportunities for process improvement.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Finance, with a strong focus on reporting
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Finance and Reporting processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset
