Tax Reporting Specialist
to support a US-based company, who's eager to work on complex, cross-border tax operations that make a real difference.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and support corporate tax returns and related documentation for various regions
  • Assist with period-end tax reporting and provision calculations in line with accounting standards
  • Reconcile and review tax data within financial systems to maintain data accuracy
  • Track changes in tax laws and reporting rules and help implement updates
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and control enhancements in collaboration with IT and finance
  • Provide support during audits and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in tax, accounting, or financial reporting
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience in a multinational or shared service environment is a plus
  • Understanding of corporate tax principles and accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP, IFRS)
  • Knowledge of US direct tax concepts is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions
  • Confidence working with ERP systems and advanced Excel or data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
