A programról:
A Lupus Consulting egy nemzetközi, főként SAP technológiával foglalkozó IT tanácsadó cég. Magas minőségű megoldásokat fejlesztünk cégeknek, melyek segítségével ügyfeleink megbízhatóan jobb működésre lesznek képesek.
A junior programunk célja szakmailag felkészült és motivált fiatal pályakezdőket bevonni tevékenységünkbe, lehetőséget nyújtva mély tudást szerezni az SAP területén az alapoktól kezdve. Programunkba egyetemistákat várunk részmunkaidőben (min 20 óra/hét) illetve friss diplomásokat teljes munkaidőben. 

Amit kínálunk:

  • Junior Programunk kezdetén 6-8 hónapos SAP fejlesztői képzést tartunk SAP ABAP, UI5 és FIORI területeken 
  • A képzés elvégzése után junior tanácsadóink 2,5 éves mentor programunkban vesznek részt, aminek keretében senior SAP szakértők támogatásával dolgoznak projekteken.
  • Részvétel nagyvállalati ügyfeleket kiszolgáló technológiai megoldások kidolgozásában, a céges folyamatok elemzésétől egészen a megoldás implementálásáig.
  • Értékes tudás és tapasztalat a vállalatirányítási rendszerek között piacvezető SAP technológiában, a digitális átalakulást és automatizációt meghatározó folyamatokban.
  • Gyakorlatot szerezhetsz a profi ügyfélkommunikációban.
  • Előrelépési lehetőségek karrieredben a program során és azt követően a cégen belül.
  • Rugalmas munkaidő.

Feladatok:
  • Részvétel ügyfelek vállalati folyamatainak megértésében, elemzésében, optimalizálásában, mint technikai szakértő.
  • Üzleti folyamatok támogatására alkalmas rendszer tervek kidolgozása.
  • A kidolgozott rendszer telepítése, optimalizálása, karbantartása.
  • Támogatási és oktatási tevékenységek a felépített rendszerekkel kapcsolatban.
  • Folyamatos ügyfélkapcsolattartás és igénymenedzsment.
  • Sales folyamataink támogatása.
Követelmények:
  • Folyamatban lévő felsőfokú tanulmányok vagy felsőfokú végzettség – informatikai, gazdasági vagy műszaki területen.
  • Kiváló analitikai és kommunikációs képességek.
  • Erős IT háttér alapok.
  • Angol nyelvtudás minimum B2 szinten.
Előnyt jelent:
  • Fejlesztési tudás, C#, Java ismerete
  • Agilis projektmanagement módszertanának ismerete.
  • További nyelvek ismerete.
  • SAP területén szerzett korábbi tapasztalat vagy képzés.
