Your Tasks Will Be

  • Designing and implementing learning strategies and development programs;
  • Serving as the main point of contact for managers on all Learning & Development (L&D) matters;
  • Ensuring compliance with company L&D policies and implementing necessary updates;
  • Overseeing and coordinating onboarding training for new employees;
  • Conducting annual assessments of training and development needs;
  • Managing, tracking, and controlling the L&D budget;
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality and effectiveness of all training initiatives;
  • Managing and supervising communication and collaboration with partner institutions, including vocational schools and universities.
  • Developing and implementing a competence management system;
  • Creating and maintaining an effective performance management system to motivate and retain employees.

What We Expect From You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years (or more) of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
  • Familiarity with various multimedia training tools, platforms, and methods.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, and other HR management softwares.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Debrecen.

It's An Advantage If You Have The Following

  • Skilled in SAP SF, HCM & LMS;
  • Experience in greenfield investment.
