About The Role
As Customer Marketing Coordinator you can play a key role within the Hungary & Adria trade marketing team, supporting the Trade Marketing organization through creating and maintaining performance reporting, and assisting the work of the Sr. Customer / Trade Marketing Managers. You can also focus on building knowledge in our key categories and sharing this with the Sales and Marketing teams to increase profit and sales. The position is based in Budapest, Hungary and is reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing HU&ADR.

Your responsibilities

• Work together with the Sr. Customer Marketing Managers, Key Account Team, to implement agreed plans to ensure Reckitt market share gain and category expansion for the respective retailers
• Assist the work of Sr. Customer Marketing Manager by fulfilling operative tasks on key retailers and channels
• Able to work independently on IQVIA, Nielsen, Focus, Dunnhumby, or similar databases to develop and actively use Sales reporting and monitoring systems (4P, SKU trackers, market share reports, competition trackers)
• Continuous tracking of competitive and customer's position
• Monitor and benchmark customer performance against 4P targets (in store activation, promotions, distribution, shelf presence etc.)
• Ensure the right translation of trade stories to support fast NPD/EPD listings
• Support the workflow of the Trade Marketing Team by business reporting, collecting data from Sales, Brand and Trade Marketing or other departments
• Manage budgeting: PO creation, tracking, etc.
• Provide ad hoc analysis of customer or channel related activities
• Create monthly scorecards and reports of own and competitor discounts
• Manage Customer / Trade Marketing vendor creation / modification via internal systems

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree ideally in a business-related subject
• Minimum 1-year FMCG experience in Customer / Trade Marketing, or Sales
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent Hungarian and English
• Strong analytical and communication skills while keeping an eye on details
• Able to work independently while keeping strong collaboration with Hungarian and Adriatic Marketing, Sales, Regulatory and Quality departments
