Requirements:

• Familiarity with IT:
  basic understanding of IT architectures, networking or software development principles. Basic ability to support the requirement specification, design and implementation of IT solutions that align with business goals.
• Interest in IT Project Management, Strategy, and Process Development:
  Enthusiasm for learning about managing IT projects, developing strategies, and refining IT processes to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
• Client-Centric Mindset:
  A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a commitment to understanding and addressing client needs. Willingness to learn how to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving, Analytical, Communication, and Presentation Skills:
  Ability to analyze technical and business issues, suggest solutions, and communicate findings clearly through reports and presentations.
• Team Collaboration:
  Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility:
  Willingness to adapt to changing technologies and business environments, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Proficiency in English and Hungarian:
  Good verbal and written communication skills in both languages, enabling effective interaction with local and international clients and stakeholders.
• Advantage:
  1-2 years of experience in IT projects or consulting.

Your future role

• Be part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice: Join a dynamic team within the firm, responsible for providing strategic technology leadership and driving digital transformations.
• Participate in a Variety of Projects: Contribute to projects such as IT strategy development, process improvement, architecture planning, M&A IT due diligence, and more.
• Assist in Client Needs Assessment: Determine client needs by gathering and researching data, conducting interviews, and performing thorough analysis.
• Support Project Management: Aid in the management of projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Contribute to High-Quality Deliverables: Help create high-quality deliverables, including reports, architecture plans, presentations, and other documentation, that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure a collaborative and results-driven project environment.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, tools, and methodologies to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
