specializing in the development of
AI-powered SaaS
systems, offering complex and customized solutions for
B2B clients
. The company is now expanding its international operations to Hungary, establishing a local hub, which provides an exciting opportunity for you to join the team as a
Principal Engineer
and one of the first members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs primarily built with Go (Golang).
  • Design and implement highly scalable architectures that efficiently process large datasets and handle heavy traffic with minimal delay.
  • Manage and fine-tune PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance improvements.
  • Package and deploy microservices using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring smooth integration across environments.
  • Support and enhance continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or comparable systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including frontend engineers, product owners, and DevOps—to deliver high-quality, reliable features.
  • Maintain system stability and observability, including setting up monitoring, alerts, and managing incidents when they arise.
  • Uphold and advocate best practices in coding, testing, and documentation to ensure maintainable and high-quality software.
  • Take part in code reviews, technical discussions, and help foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Drive ongoing improvements to system scalability, security, and performance, ensuring the platform evolves with business needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a backend developer,
  • A few years of experience in GoLand development,
  • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes,
  • Confident English skills.

Nice to have:

  • experience in a startup environment, and having go-getter attitude,
  • Experience working on an AI driven product.
