The Role: Internal Talent Attraction Specialist

As an
Internal Talent Attraction Specialist
(Sourcing Recruiter), you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition engine. You'll work closely with international recruitment teams to identify, attract, and engage the best talent across Europe, specifically supporting our
French market
. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier profiles that align with both skill requirements and company culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Pipeline Management:
  Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across various roles for France.
• Strategic Partnership:
  Partner closely with our internal recruitment specialists across France to understand unique market needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Market Intelligence:
  Conduct detailed market mapping and talent research to stay ahead of hiring trends and provide competitive insights.
• Candidate Delivery:
  Deliver quality candidate profiles aligned with role requirements and cultural fit.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Monitor conversion rates and ensure timely submissions of high-potential candidates to optimize recruitment efficiency.
• Expectation Alignment:
  Validate candidate expectations and ensure alignment with compensation structures before hand-off.
• Data Integrity:
  Maintain sourcing trackers and systems (ATS/CRM) to accurately track performance and progress.
• Service Excellence:
  Uphold service excellence by meeting and exceeding internal benchmarks for quality and speed.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in French and English
  communication skills (written and verbal) is
  required
  .
• 1–3 years of experience
  in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in high-volume settings or within a global context.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and interpret sourcing metrics.
• Strong plus:
  Proven experience with advanced sourcing tools such as
  LinkedIn Recruiter
  or Workday (ATS/CRM).
