We are seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives that support our client's global transformation. The first major focus will be the implementation and optimization of the E-Commerce platform, followed by cross-functional projects spanning digital experience, operational excellence, global marketing, and commercial enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Develop project charters, detailed plans, timelines, and governance structures to support effective execution.
  • Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders from IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
  • Ensure clear communication and transparency across all project phases.
  • Track KPIs and deliverables to measure project success and impact.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports, executive summaries, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support continuous improvement and best-practice sharing across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in project management or program delivery, ideally in an international, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with digital, transformation, or E-Commerce projects is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
  • Proactive, collaborative, and outcome-driven mindset.
