Join the MOL Group team as

GR. HR Technology Intern

Tasks:

  • Support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives in the context of the Digital HR Transformation.
  • Support software as it relates to Human Resources (SAP HR, Successfactors). Establish and refine requirements for software application and use.
  • Create and update training materials to support system processes.
  • Innovate HR processes and build workflows with low-code tools (Power Platform).
  • Execute testing to ensure successful software upgrades/updates.

Requirements:

  • Full-time active/passive student status
  • Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
  • Passionate about technology and has interest in HR processes
  • Performs his job's duties with accuracy
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, macros, SharePoint and Power Platform)
