  • University or College
    degree, preferably in
    Finance or Accounting
  • Min.
    2-3 years
    of experience in a similar field, preferably in
    Transaction Services (due diligence)
  • Strong
    accounting
    background
  • Fluency in
    Hungarian and English
  • Outstanding
    IT
    literacy
  • Excellent
    communication
    and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and
    solve complex tasks
  • Self- motivated
    , and
    confident
    personality

Your future role

  • Assume responsibility for specific
    projects in due diligences
  • Analyzing business
    to identify key drivers of financial performance
  • Prepare
    reports
    on findings
  • Ensure high-quality output and timely execution of
    M&A projects
  • Contribute to
    engagement planning
    and ensuring that deliverables meet work plan
