As a Talent Attraction Intern at INNIO, you will focus on actively sourcing and engaging top talent through job boards, social media, and LinkedIn Recruiter. You'll support the recruiting team with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and ATS management, while also maintaining talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience. In addition, you'll provide light support for employer branding activities and help maintain relationships with schools and universities. This role is ideal for motivated students or recent graduates with strong communication and organizational skills, eager to gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing and recruitment.

- Maintain and develop relationships with schools and universities (market research, event organization, reporting).
- Support employer branding activities (job fairs, university relations, photoshoots).
- Ensure INNIO's attractive employer image on career pages and social media (LinkedIn, Zyntern, Flashpost).
- Act as the first contact for interns (administration, thesis questions).
- Maintain framework contracts with schools/universities and act as a reliable contact.
- Guide employees seeking help or information.
- Support the local recruiting team (job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling).
- Provide training to Hiring Managers on entry-level roles and ATS (Jobvite).
- Manage ATS processes and lead recruitment for internships and entry-level roles.
- Lead local and international active talent searches and maintain ongoing communication with recruiter colleagues (Hungary, Austria)
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and LinkedIn Recruiter; build and maintain talent pipelines for local and international postings
- Provide regular status updates, prepare reports, and share key observations
- Suggest improvements and contribute ideas to enhance search processes
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Jobvite) and ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication
- Manage postings and updates on various career platforms (Zyntern, Flashpost, Jobilla).
- Actively attend LinkedIn, Copilot, and technical trainings to continuously improve your skills.
- Provide backup support for fellow interns during their absence (vacation or sick leave)
- Ongoing studies in Human Resources or related field or existing BA degree and ongoing master study
- Experience as a Talent Sourcer/Talent Attraction Intern or similar role is an advantage but career starters are also welcome.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, Jobvite, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English AND German is an advantage (both in verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
