We are currently recruiting an
Group Talent Manager
(Maternity Cover - 1 year)
for our
Budapest office
to lead our Talent Acquisition team during a one-year maternity cover. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving recruitment excellence across multiple markets, including Switzerland and Luxembourg.

You will have the following responsibilities:

Lead the Talent Acquisition Team:
Provide guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure high performance and collaboration

Develop Market Strategies:
Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to international markets, with a strong focus on Switzerland and Luxembourg

Recruitment for Leadership Roles:
Oversee and actively participate in hiring for senior executive positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

ATS Implementation:
Drive the successful implementation and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems to enhance recruitment efficiency

Stakeholder Management:
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic talent solutions

Your skills:

Proven experience in
international talent acquisition
and team leadership

Strong knowledge of
Switzerland and Luxembourg labor markets
and recruitment practices

Demonstrate ability to develop and execute
market-specific strategies

Hands-on experience with
ATS implementation and management

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Based in
Budapest
and available for a
one-year maternity cover assignment
