MainResponsibilities-

  • Team Leadership and Management- Coordinate team members, assign tasks, and regularly evaluate performance. Provide development opportunities and support professional growth. Handle conflict resolution and maintain team motivation.
  • Technical Support- Oversee and ensure the daily operation of applications. Quickly and effectively resolve technical issues. Work closely with the development team to fix bugs.
  • Project Management- Plan, lead, and execute operational projects. Allocate resources and adhere to project timelines. Manage risks and solve problems.
  • Quality Assurance and Performance Optimization- Develop and improve operational processes and procedures. Monitor and optimize performance.Oversee incident and change management.
  • Documentation and Reporting- Prepare and maintain operational documentation. Create regular reports for management. Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Coordination- Collaborate closely with IT and other relevant departments. Handle customer needs and feedback. Communicate with external partners and vendors.
  • Management of Operational Tools and Systems- Select and maintain operational software and tools. Introduce and integrate new technologies and tools.
  • Budget and Resource Management- Oversee and optimize operational costs. Manage resources and oversee procurement.

Requirements-

  • College/university degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 10+ years' experience in application operation
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies and Azure Dev/ops
  • TSQL knowledge
  • English language knowledge in written and oral
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Innovative thinking
  • Basic level scripting knowledge
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Be a positive, growth mindset person, Team player with customer focus and proactive personality
