Responsibilities:


•    Help buyers or sellers manage the transaction process from deal sourcing through post-acquisition integration;


•    Work on valuations financial due diligence, teasers, statutory (IFRS/IAS), fiscal and strategic purposes;


•    Develop and review financial models;


•    Contribute to strategic engagements in the financial sector, both from a qualitative as quantitative point of view;


•    Conducting in-depth research on diverse industries, specific companies, and market dynamics to uncover actionable insights.

We are looking for you if you:


•    Are familiar with accounting and corporate finance (Hungarian accounting law and/or IFRS), (a degree in Finance / Financial Accounting / Corporate Finance / Controlling / Business Planning is a plus);


•    Have 2-4 years of professional experience in financial due diligence, valuation, business modelling, preferably at a Big4 firm, investment bank or fund manager;


•    Proficiency in English is a must;


•    Possess good logical and numerical skills;


•    Are a great team player and would like to work at a company where you can start building your career and have the opportunity for rapid development;


•    Want to create value for our clients as a member of a dynamic team;


•    Work well under pressure;


•    Have solid knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of other relevant applications, e.g. data room management systems is a plus);


•    Ongoing or completed CFA or ACCA certification is highly valued.
