The LEGO Planning team is looking for its newest member
Core responsibilities
- Ordering/Purchasing serial materials, products and services based on purchase orders by strictly keeping the actual procedures and regulations of job, and paying attention to the changes of production
- In case of purchasing hazardous materials acts according to the specified procedures, regulations and rules
- Preparing orders: asks for and accepts written quotations, checks deadlines with suppliers and subcontractors, offers help in choosing materials
- Regular relationship with suppliers, subcontractors, paying attentions to order confirmations and registering them in the system
- Preparing written complaints about orders (price difference, delivery date, etc.)
- Constant relationship and agreement with direct line superior
Do you have what it takes?
- Preferable degree from any relevant faculty
- Preferable experience from manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of Ms Office
- Experience in SAP
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Teammate mentality and good communication skills
- Advanced problem solving and decision making skills
- Collaboration skills
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with co-workers
