Cégünk Magyarország egyik legnagyobb mobiltelefon és tartozék disztribútora. Emellett háztartási kisgépeket és egyéb műszaki cikkeket is forgalmazunk. Megbízhatóságunkat és stabilitásunkat 20 éves piaci tapasztalatunk, és évi több mint egymillió eladott telefon igazolja. Egyik fő mozgatórugónk a folyamatos fejlődés, ezért keresünk most bővülés miatt csapatunkba ÜGYFÉLSZOLGÁLATOS kollégát. Szeretnénk jelezni, hogy csak azokat a pályázókat tudjuk meghallgatni, akik a fenti kritériumoknak megfelelnek. Feladataid Lesznek

  • te leszel az, aki megválaszolja a beérkező e-maileket és telefonhívásokat
  • nálad landolnak a technikai vagy szervizes kérdések - te segítesz eligazodni mobilok, okoseszközök és háztartási gépek világában
  • te kezeled a reklamációkat és panaszokat, és igyekszel minden helyzetből a legjobbat kihozni
  • felveszed a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal, ha csomagegyeztetésre van szükség
  • a megrendelések módosításait te rögzíted a rendszerben
  • rövid összefoglalót írsz az ügyekről, hogy minden nyomon követhető legyen
  • te küldöd ki a használati útmutatókat, ha valaki elakad
  • segítesz az adminisztrációban: szállítólevelek, termékfeltöltések, promóciók előkészítése
  • figyeled a rendeléseket, rögzíted az utalásokat
  • a munkád során előre meghatározott mutatószámokat tartasz szem előtt

Elvárások

  • Nem szükséges végzettség
  • 1-2 év tapasztalat
  • korábban már dolgoztál hasonló területen
  • csak precíz, pontos munkát adsz ki a kezedből
  • nem riadsz vissza, ha problémával találod szembe magad
  • össze tudod egyeztetni a végfelhasználó és a cég érdekeit
  • magabiztos tudod használni az MS Office-t (kiemelten Excel)
