  1. Provide legal support and risk prevention and control opinions for the group's overseas business development, ensuring the legality of major decisions

  2. Participate in the establishment and improvement of the foreign-related business compliance control system, responsible for the establishment of legal processes and the formulation of risk control measures.

  3. Participate in the establishment and optimization of the foreign-related contract management system, responsible for the drafting, review, revision, and formulation of standardized texts of foreign- contracts, preventing foreign-related contract risks.

  4. Support the investment and acquisition project in Hungary, participate in project due diligence, transaction structure design, and legal document, etc., with the support of overseas law firms.

  5. Support the investment project in Hungary, participate in government negotiations, investment filing, company registration, and land, etc., providing legal support.

  6. Assist the department head in connecting, expanding, and maintaining overseas law firms and related resources.

  7. Be for organizing and carrying out training on foreign-related laws and regulations for the company's foreign-related business personnel.

  8. Responsible for the daily legal support work the group's foreign-related business.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, legal major, with relevant legal professional qualification certificates;

  2. Hungarian and English can be used as working languages, with more than 3 years of legal work experience;

  3. Candidates with experience in foreign-related law are preferred;

  4. Candidates with experience in independently handling litigation, arbitration, and other legal matters are preferred.
