Power Tools Accessories is responsible for the global development, Manufacturing, Marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

• Own the Product Portfolio: Drive business success by optimizing and steering the product portfolio in the region.
• Supercharge Efficiency: Streamline critical product-related tasks, enhance workflows, and improve cross-functional communication.
• Bridge Global & Regional Strategy: Partner with global product management and regional marketing to execute successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead Product Execution: Oversee new product rollouts, ensuring smooth implementation and portfolio scalability with minimal complexity.
• Boost Sales & Customer Experience: Work closely with sales teams to enhance the customer journey and provide hands-on support for key sales events.
• Power Up Marketing: Collaborate with regional marketing to implement compelling brand campaigns and impactful product communications.

Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge:

• Academic degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Deep understanding of product portfolios and internal product-related processes
• Strong marketing & sales expertise—ideally in Global Product Marketing
• Experience working in intercultural environments
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making

Personality & Skills:

• Exceptional communicator—both internally and externally
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with a conscientious approach to work
