Our team's main responsibility is managing projects from a quality assurance perspective. This includes analyzing customer requirements, tailoring and enforcing development processes, mentoring and coaching development colleagues, and supporting audits. We are especially proud that our quality team has visibility over the entire organization's activities and plays an active role in ensuring that the products we deliver are safe and of high quality. We work closely with our colleagues in Germany, India, and the United States. We are now looking for a new
Project Quality Engineer
to join this team.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting software, electronics, and system development from a quality assurance perspective.
  • Ensuring process-based quality assurance and auditing of projects, and contributing to process improvements.
  • Collaborating with the project team to achieve quality objectives.
  • Mentoring, training, and coaching the project team.
  • Preparing for and supporting customer audits and assessments.
  • Maintaining contact with other company sites.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Have a university degree, preferably in electrical engineering or another engineering field.
  • Speak English fluently (business level).
  • Have experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., automotive, medical devices).
  • Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Have good conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Are proficient in MS Office.
  • Are interested in automotive systems and technologies.
  • Have willingness to travel
  • Are able to work from our Budapest office three days a week

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in software and/or electronics development.
  • Knowledge of software development models (e.g., Automotive SPICE).
  • Familiarity with automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF and functional safety standards (e.g., ISO
  • Quality assurance experience in other regulated industries (e.g., medical devices).
  • German language skills.
