Our client, a global IT organization, is seeking an experienced
Treasury Manager
to oversee international cash operations and financial risk management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process and authorize various payment types across TMS and banking platforms.
  • Manage investments, compliance reporting, and adherence to global policies.
  • Oversee letters of credit, bank guarantees, and maintain bank relationships.
  • Handle bank accounts, signatories, and year-end cash confirmations.
  • Optimize regional cash management, intercompany funding, and liquidity structures.
  • Coordinate with Tax and Accounting on intercompany loans and activities.
  • Manage foreign currency and interest rate risk, including hedging programs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain global cash forecasts.
  • Support senior leadership on capital market initiatives.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  • Oversee transactional processing and reporting for timely, accurate payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of treasury experience in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processes, cash management, and banking operations.
  • Experience with treasury systems and online banking platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage bank relationships and documentation.
  • Leadership experience with direct reports and senior stakeholder interaction.
