Mik lesznek a feladataid?

  • A felügyeletedre bízott szobalányok / szobai takarítók munkájának irányítása és ellenőrzése, beosztás szerint 8 és 12 órás műszakban, hétvégi és ünnepnapi munkavégzéssel
  • A szállodai szobák és egyéb helyiségek (közösségi terek, folyosók, raktárak) tisztaságának ellenőrzése
  • A housekeeping területéhez kapcsolódó napi adminisztrációs feladatok ellátása

Képzettség

Mit várunk el?

  • Legalább 1-2 év Housekeeping Supervisor tapasztalat
  • Legalább középfokú végzettség (érettségi)
  • Vendégek iránti szenvedély
  • Alapos, precíz munkavégzés, rendszeretet
  • Jó problémamegoldó képesség
  • Segítőkész, kedves, empatikus személyiség
  • Minőségközpontú gondolkodás és munkavégzés
  • Dinamikus, rugalmas, proaktív hozzáállás
  • Angol nyelvtudás
  • Felhasználó szintű IT ismeretek (word, excel)
  • ELŐNYT JELENT: Opera program ismerete
