We are looking for an experienced
Test Automation Lead
to join our growing team. This role requires a strong combination of
hands-on technical expertise and strategic thinking
, with a clear focus on improving the effectiveness of test automation practices. You will have a
direct impact
on the organization. As a growing company, our environment is not yet near the theoretical optimum, however,
QA mindset is strong
, the team seniority is relatively high. There is a good opportunity to improve efficiency through leadership, structure, and technical ownership.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and refining systems while actively contributing to their execution
