Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end management of factory operations, product delivery, and after-sales services to ensure alignment with Group strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Debrecen Factory in alignment with Group objectives, ensuring efficiency, product quality, on-time delivery, and after-sales service excellence.
  • Establish and optimize workflows, management systems, and organizational structures for factory operations, product delivery, and after-sales services. Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity.
  • Serve as the primary responsible party for EHS compliance. Design and implement legally compliant systems to mitigate risks across production, delivery, and service activities. Lead crisis management and emergency response protocols.
  • Build a performance management framework to maximize resource efficiency (human, equipment, materials) and minimize costs. Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement in production and delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with local government agencies, chambers of commerce, and community organizations to ensure a favorable operating environment.
  • Complete other assignments delegated by the Group or General Manager.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related fields. MBA/Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in senior manufacturing management roles (e.g., Plant Manager/General Manager) at European machinery/equipment manufacturing enterprises.
  • 3+ years of full-scope factory management experience, including 2+ years overseeing EHS systems.
  • HVAC or new energy facility/equipment manufacturing experience is a strong plus.
  • Candidates with 10+ years of domestic (China) machinery manufacturing leadership and 1-2 European greenfield factory setup
  • Deep understanding of EU regulations, supply chain management, and cross-cultural adaptability to Chinese corporate culture.

Core Competencies:

  • Expertise in production methodologies (TPM, TQM), lean tools (Six Sigma), and supply chain optimization.
  • Advanced data analysis skills; proficiency in ERP/MES systems
  • Strong leadership and diversified cultural management skill
  • Fluency in both Chinese & English ; Hungarian is a plus.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, global mindset, and customer oriented
