Your Key Responsibilities

  • Executing daily cycle counting activites on the production shop floor (dedicated PSA)
  • Execution of Ad hoc inventory checks (based on suspected variances)
  • Documentation, reporting and booking of identified inventory discrepancies / inaccuracies
  • Structured problem solving and deep diving to identify process and system related root causes of inventory discrepancies
  • Definition and implementation of corrective actions and improvements and their efficiency measurement in collaboration with the affected departments
  • Responsibility for the preparation and execution of the Annual Physical Stock Takes
  • Reporting of Inventory Accuracy KPIs and reaching the defined targets

Your Qualifications

  • Knowledge about physical material flow and handling in warehouse and production shop floor
  • Knowledge about systems (mainly SAP and MES) and used transactions and bookings relevant to material handling and movements
  • Analytical and strategic thinking to understand and identify potential gaps between physical and system-based material movements
  • Structured problem-solving approach to identify root causes and define corrective and preventive counter measures
  • English language knowledge on a negotiation level
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexible, motivated and teamworking personality
