Your tasks will be
  • Receive draft slide decks from external training vendors and enhance them with our company branding and visual identity.
  • design principles to create visually engaging presentations, diagrams, and supporting visuals.
  • Format and standardize training documents and templates across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with trainers, instructional designers, and project managers to ensure materials are clear, consistent, and learner-friendly.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning content library and documentation standards.
Our expectations
  • Background or experience in UX/UI design, visual communication, or digital content design.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint and basic graphic tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe tools).
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity or curiosity about AI, data, cloud technologies, or low-code/no-code tools is a big plus — this will open opportunities to support a wider range of learning projects.
