We're looking for a
Global Immigration Specialist
to support international clients, coordinate relocation and immigration tasks, manage priority cases, and help refine internal operations across regions.

Description

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and oversee daily case progress.
  • Handle immigration and relocation processes, review documentation, and track deadlines.
  • Work closely with local partners and authorities to ensure compliant, smooth workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and status updates.
  • Support improvements to tools, processes, and service delivery.
  • Assist with training, onboarding, and sharing updated procedures across teams.
  • Contribute to international projects and new service implementations.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and reliable work style.
  • Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Solid MS Office skills; familiarity with mobility systems is a plus.
  • Degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in mobility, immigration, or HR operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving, global environment.
