We count on you in these tasks:
50/50% hands-on and people leadership: technology decisions, code review, mentoring, hiring, performance managementShape and align architectural and library decisions (escalate to the Tribe Architect if needed).Maintain quality gates and a solid Definition of Done; ensure 80% code coverage and SonarQube complianceContribute to internal design system and component library maintained by the FE Platform SquadRun bi-weekly release cycle with feature flags; manage TestFlight processContribute to CI/CD, Jenkins basedContribute to monitoring/telemetry: Firebase and Sentry; security: code signing, secrets management, jailbreak/root detectionManage on-call scheduleContribute to the Tribe management activities You are welcome to apply if you have
Minimum 5 years of Flutter and 5 years of people leadership experiences; strong knowledge of iOS, Android and Web specificsProven experience in collaboration with back-end teams; mature coaching and feedback skillsNice to have: products with 2M+ users; experience in financial or other highly regulated environmentsBSc degree or equivalent proven experienceFluent Hungarian and at least intermediate English knowledgeWillingnes to visit the office at least 3-4 days/weekClean criminal record certificate  Why it is good to join us
