A multi-country finance transformation project will launch in
early 2026
, establishing a new
EMEA Finance Hub
in Budapest. This hub will consolidate and elevate accounting and reporting activities across several Western European sites.

These roles offer direct involvement in:

  • end-to-end process design and harmonization,
  • SAP-driven system and workflow setup,
  • implementation of consistent controls and reporting structures,
  • and collaboration with regional and global finance leadership.

This is a high-visibility setup where experienced professionals can shape stable, future-proof accounting operations across multiple entities.


Open Positions

Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist – Multi-Site EMEA Scope

A key role responsible for delivering accurate and timely accounting and reporting for several EMEA countries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of monthly close activities across multiple sites
  • Preparation and review of internal reporting under
    US GAAP
  • Oversight of local statutory and tax compliance
  • Coordination of internal and external audits
  • Participation in global standardization and process redesign
  • Close cooperation with Controlling, Tax, Treasury and regional finance teams

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Accounting / GL / Reporting / Audit
  • Confident SAP knowledge
  • Strong technical understanding of accounting standards
  • Ability to work in a multi-entity, multi-country structure
  • Fluent English + French / German / Spanish
    (any one of these)
  • Process mindset and openness to transformation environments

Accounting & Reporting Specialist – Regional Support Function

A development-focused position supporting accounting processes for several EMEA entities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Daily general ledger activities and reconciliations
  • Support of monthly, quarterly and year-end closing
  • Preparation of US GAAP and local GAAP reports
  • Contribution to tax, audit and statistical reporting
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other finance teams
  • Involvement in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of accounting experience (SSC or Big4 advantage)
  • SAP proficiency
  • English + French / German / Spanish
  • Solid understanding of core accounting concepts
  • Accuracy, structure, and willingness to learn in a regional scope
