What you'll do

  1. Lead segmented email campaigns

Design, write, and analyze email campaigns to engage and grow our audience, optimizing messaging for each segment to drive strong results.

  1. Create and optimize digital ads

Develop and manage paid ads on platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn—testing, learning, and refining for maximum ROI and reach.

  1. Design and execute marketing ideas

Brainstorm, design, and launch creative content and multi-channel campaigns that set Gratia apart and build brand awareness.

  1. Research trends & run A/B tests

Dig into data, spot behavioral trends, and use A/B testing to guide strategy and messaging, helping us stay ahead of client and talent needs.

What we're looking for

Must haves

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience planning and launching digital marketing campaigns (email, ads, or social)
  • Proven ability to write effective marketing copy (email/ad/social) and deliver creative marketing assets
  • Experience independently managing campaigns and analyzing results in a remote or distributed team

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in a startup, agency, or B2B SaaS/tech environment
  • Comfort with design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe) for creating marketing materials
  • Experience running A/B tests or experimenting with campaign optimization

Interview process

  2. Take-home project (60–120 min): Work on a real-world SaaS launch scenario—show us your campaign planning, copywriting, and marketing tool selection skills.
  3. Hiring manager interview (60–75 min): Deep dive into your project and approach—let's talk marketing challenges and how you like to create.
