Erste Bank pályázatot hirdet Digital Marketing Innovation Specialist / Digitális Marketing Innovációs Szakértő munkakör betöltésére.

Nálunk lehetőséged lesz:
  • digitális fizetett média hálózat menedzselésére és finomhangolására (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, stb.),

    majd ezek összehangolására az email-, web- és mobil app touchpointokkal, hogy ügyfeleinknek tökéletes omnichannel élményt nyújtsunk;
  • adatok elemzésére, riportok készítésére, kampányok folyamatos optimalizálására;
  • az innováció hajtására: új AI, analitikai és martech eszközök felkutatására és bevezetésére;
  • kampányépítésre szoros együttműködésben a perszonalizációs és marketing automatizációs szakértőkkel;
  • kreatív és AI assisted produkciós csapatokkal való együttműködésre, hogy a lehető legjobb ügyfélélményt hozzuk létre;
  • trendfigyelésre: naprakész maradsz a legújabb digitális marketing és AI fejleményekkel kapcsolatban.
Csatlakozz hozzánk, amennyiben:
  • felsőfokú végzettséggel rendelkezel (gazdasági területen szerzett végzettség előny);
  • minimum 5 év tapasztalattal bírsz digitális marketingben;
  • folyékonyan beszélsz angolul (Erste Group bécsi központtal való egyeztetések miatt);
  • mély ismerettel bírsz a fizetett média platformokon (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360); valamint az analitika (GA4, GTM) és riporting területein (Looker Studio / Power BI/Tableau);
  • nyitottság jellemez új technológiákra (AI, martech, adatvezérelt megoldások);
  • erős adatértelmezési és optimalizációs készség, proaktív problémamegoldás jellemez.
