Our international pharmaceutical partner, a key player in the fields of CNS is in search of a Business Support Manager to join their growing affiliate in Hungary. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position will be responsible for providing organizational and administrative support for internal and external stakeholders within 3 main areas: Office management, Finance and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support for all 3 key functions
  • Contract administration, invoice, payment and database management
  • Customer Service and supply report management
  • Event coordination and management 
  • Managing fleet car, IT equipment and office supplies
  • Keeping the contact with internal and external stakeholders 
 Requirements: 
  • University Degree
  • Advanced level of English and Hungarian language
  • Dynamic personality and proactive attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • ​​​Good organizing and problem-solving skills
  • High independence, reliability, accuracy
  • Willingness to work in an office-based position (1 day HO)
