On behalf on our partner we are looking for an

 

Environmental Engineer for industrial area

 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for appropriate follow-up and review of the IPPC and other environmental (water, waste, air, noise) permits.

• Ensures the environmental notifications, reports, fee, and declarations in accordance with the legal requirements.

• Ensures the compliance and efficient ISO 14001 system. Responsible for the continuous development of ISO and EMS system.

• Ensures compliance with legal obligations and requirements corresponding to the Greenhouse gas emissions - GHG permit.

• Provide the appropriate waste management system.

• Designing, developing, testing, and implementing technical solutions which will help the organization actively reduce their negative impact on the

environment.

• Initiate and help implement Environmental Protection related trainings and programs.

 

Requirements:

• A bachelor or master’s degree in industrial environmental engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience.

• Experience in Environmental Permitting processes.

• Ability to work in a challenging and fast paced, collaborative environment and creatively problem-solve.

• Very good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, ability

to build strong relationships.

• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to collaborate across

departments, multi-task and prioritize.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and Hungarian

• Good knowledge of Microsoft office.

 

Plus:

• Ideally gained experience in the automotive sector.

• Experience with construction site environmental and waste management is

preferred.
