Digital PMO Expert

Purpose of the Position

Join us at MOL Group as we embark on the next phase of our digital transformation journey. Consumer Services, led by Digital Factory, has successfully implemented a Data Lake and data analytics tools across eight countries and launched a new digital loyalty rewards program. As we continue this transformation, our focus will be on:

  • Accelerating our evolution towards data-driven operations.
  • Enhancing our digital loyalty rewards program with gamification, personalization, and convenient payment solutions.
  • Building a digital ecosystem leveraging our loyalty platform.
  • Integrating retail and mobility customers onto the same platform.
  • Evolving our B2B2C integration with Downstream Fleet Card.

To achieve these goals, we are developing our Digital Factory operating model and strengthening capabilities in design, ecosystem, product management, and engineering. We aim to form a true digital product organization driven by customer and business vision, innovation, and agile end-to-end delivery.

As a Digital PMO Expert, you will support our organizational development and operating model evolution by collaborating with the Head of Digital Factory, Digital Transformation Lead, and support functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Career Development: Work with HR to create detailed career and professional development plans for key roles within Digital Factory (analytics, product, engineering).
  • Training Management: Manage training plans and budgets in alignment with development plans.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with HR to develop a Digital Factory-specific recruiting strategy, interview guides, and practices to ensure we hire the best candidates.
  • Internal Events: Organize key internal Digital Factory events to foster cultural development and knowledge sharing.
  • External Events: Collaborate with Communications to organize key external events, enhancing the MOL Digital Factory brand.
  • CEMS Community Engagement: Manage relationships with the CEMS community, ensuring high-quality engagement and a steady flow of CEMS talents to Digital Factory and MOL.
  • Pulse Checks: Design, run, and analyze quarterly pulse checks to measure and improve the engagement and health of the Digital Factory organization.
  • Roadmap Development: Support the Digital Transformation Lead in developing roadmaps for Digital Factory and measuring organizational efficiency.
  • Contracting and Procurement: Lead key contracting processes for partnership work and internal procurement.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in the Digital Factory Management Team, contributing to the overall vision and strategic objectives.

Education, Skills, Experience

  • Education: Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications, or Business Administration
  • Professional Competencies: Strong understanding of organizational development concepts and project management tools/methods
  • Skills:
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, Project Management, or Communications, preferably in a multinational company
  • Languages: Fluency in English
  • IT Skills: Advanced use of Microsoft Office
  • Other: Attention to detail, proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong sense of ownership and teamwork
