Personal Assistant
This job offers an exciting opportunity to provide a wide-range of support to the Group DS Fuels SVP and Group DS Value Chain Management SVP, while playing a key role supporting the management team and acting as a coordinator for the whole teams' activities.
Opportunity:
Join 2 newly formed, driven teams who are working on MOL Group's Downstream transformation.Competitive salary package, including cafeteria, 13th salary, Medicover package and private healthcare insurance.Premium working environment in new MOL Campus building and opportunity of site presence.Oversee the modus operandi of 2 key organizations within Downstream, which might serve as important orientation for further career steps.Main tasks:
Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, handling calendars, emails, documents, mailings, and deliveries. Organize business travels for senior managers, off sites and events for the teams. Provide support in internal and external communication. Ensure the contact with internal and external partners, arrange appointments, edit documents, prepare trips.Have a good understanding of practices and procedures, including, but not limited to travel arrangements, system approvals, expenses, purchasing orders and tracking annual spend and owns these activities for the team.Carry out general organizational tasks: order office supplies, stock supply stations, and ensure equipment is operable.Act as a contact person in case of ad hoc requests.Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.Help out with ad hoc professional tasks.Requirements:
University degree.Min. 1 years of work experience previous assistant/administrative work experience is an advantage.Knowledge of MOL's internal processes and tools is an advantage.Fluency in English and Hungarian (written and spoken).Professional knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.Structured, independent workstyle and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, proactive, hands-on attitude.Strong organizational and communication skills as many tasks require cross functional cooperation.Superior time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.Your direct manager will be Szabolcs Pál Szabó, Group DS Value Chain Management SVP, while also reporting to Csaba Zsótér, Group DS Fuels SVP.
