About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer service and order management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide comprehensive support to our sales team, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Order Management: Manage the entire order process, from customer and supplier orders to confirmations, shipping, logistics, and invoicing.
  • Contract Management: Handle supplier and sales contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, maintaining reports and records, and utilizing management systems for operational efficiency.
  • Database Management: Maintain the Navision database, updating prices and managing customer/product records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary or higher education qualification in commerce or economics.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, such as commercial assistance, back office, or logistics assistant.
  • Language Skills: Confident, active English language skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Soft Skills: Precise, efficient, and high-quality work ethic, confident verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented and service-minded personality, excellent spelling and grammar.
