Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of operational experience in the finance business services sector
  • Experience in managing international transition projects and certified in one of the project methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile, PMP)
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to create a motivating working atmosphere and drive changes to support the transformation journey
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment
  • Professional fluency in English and excellent MS Office knowledge
