About the RoleThe Senior Analytics Product Owner will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of analytics tools in Group Retail Sales & Operations, ensuring that our analytics tools meet the evolving needs of the business and stay ahead of industry trends.
Main Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive analytics products development roadmap for Group Retail, aligning with the company's strategic goals and emerging business needs.
- Collaborate with senior retail leadership to secure resources and ensure successful delivery of the roadmap.
- Translate the roadmap into specific product delivery plans, refining them based on company goals, business needs, and user feedback.
- Lead cross-functional agile product teams (IT and data development squads) developing analytics tools for retail.
- Manage the productive delivery of analytics products and feature developments, ensuring high-quality results.
- Build a deep understanding of business partner needs, ensuring a feedback loop with business users and management.
- Lead the definition or redesign of business processes for successful analytics tool implementation.
- Implement quality assurance and lead product releases, including feature launches, bug fixes, and updates.
- Lead business user enablement through training, shadowing, and coaching, establishing a continuous feedback loop.
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation to support customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in top-tier business consulting or a multinational environment.
- Experience in managing teams and professional competencies in business consulting, software product ownership, or management.
- High-level understanding of big data, data analytics, and AI solutions, as well as project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and task management tools like Jira, as well as data visualization tools like MS Power BI.
- Fluency in English and one of the Central Eastern European languages.
- Driver's license.
