Job Title: On-Site Construction Manager

Our partner, a global leader in lithium-ion battery technology, is seeking a skilled On-Site Construction Manager to join their team.

With over 20 years of development, our partner has established itself as a pioneer in the field, offering eco-friendly, fast, and efficient new energy integrated solutions.

Job Summary:
  • Manage on-site construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Familiarize yourself with local water and heating electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Apply design principles to ensure system design meets standards and customer needs.
  • Conduct quality control to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve construction-related issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to ensure smooth project progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or related fields.
  • 3-4 years of work experience in construction management.
  • Experience in managing 1-2 construction projects.
  • Familiarity with simple electrical and mechanical systems for local water and heating.
  • On-site construction management experience.
  • Good English communication skills, with the ability to use English as a working language.
