Join our Hungarian Vaccines Team as a Vaccines Brand and Customer Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for customer-centric marketing.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves developing customer segmentation strategies, plans, and implementation to maximize sales for our HPV and pediatric vaccines brands in the country.

Main Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement brand strategies that meet customer needs and drive business objectives.
  • Customer Segmentation: Identify, analyze, and segment customer needs, drivers, and barriers to inform marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Implement marketing strategies and multichannel branded programs to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Content Creation: Develop and adapt content for multiple platforms and timings to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Market Insights: Leverage market insights to course correct and adjust long-term product strategies.
Additional Responsibilities
  • HCP Education: Develop scientific leaders plans, interact with scientific leaders, and attend scientific congresses.
  • Field Visits and Regional Sales Rep Meetings: Participate in field visits and regional sales rep meetings to stay connected with customers and sales teams.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or other related Health Diploma or University degree in Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry, with marketing and vaccine experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical skills, project management skills, and strategic thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Vaccines Experience: Experience in vaccines marketing and sales.
  • Marketing and Pharmaceutical Knowledge: Knowledge of marketing and pharmaceutical principles.
  • Promotion Experience: Experience in promotion, including co-creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Organization Experience: Experience in sales organizations, including working with sales teams.
