Junior Vendor Business Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will provide operational support for large partner programs, focusing on vendor marketing and business development receivables across core operating countries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring partner programs and guidelines to gain knowledge of funding opportunities
  • Ensuring timely and accurate funding requests with partners, communicating with stakeholders as needed
  • Claiming approved funding promptly, maximizing income for Computacenter
  • Providing regular communications to stakeholders on current funding, program changes, and potential expiring funds
  • Supporting marketing and business development funding, sourcing commercially competitive agencies
  • Maintaining vendor tools for marketing programs and ensuring accurate invoice processing

You are an ideal candidate if:

  • You are fluent in English (German or French is an advantage)
  • You are interested in a back-office role and can handle details precisely
  • You have experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • You have knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of IT technologies and products
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • You can prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • You have experience working in a multinational team
