Solid background in product management and product ownership – ideally in an agile scrum environment Project management/project coordination experience Fast learner with a desire to continually drive improvement of yourself and the domain you’re responsible for A well-developed ability to transform abstract concepts, user needs or visions into tangible requirements and a strong proficiency in shepherding and representing these requirements through development cycles within an agile framework Excellent epic and user story-writing skills You thrive when with a high degree of empowerment – possessing an ability to drive autonomous progression without losing sight of when to consult peers, stakeholders or decision-makers Preferred: sound working knowledge and hands-on experience of the mobile UA and in-app advertising 3rd party provider landscape in the mobile game’s space Preferred: hands-on experience with 3rd party Business Intelligence suites or other data visualization tools Strong numerical literacy and analytical skills Comprehensive understanding of technologies and best practices relating to data capture, storage, presentation and analysis Strong team player Creative and analytical thinker Self-starting and proactive Strong verbal and written communicator You will be working closely with Flexion's UA, BI and data teams – creating, detailing and executing a feature strategy and roadmap to support the wider business objectives.
