Position Summary
We are looking for a remote Creative Director to join an innovative marketing agency. This role involves conceptualizing, managing, and executing high-performing D2C paid ad campaigns for our eCommerce clients, focusing on the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse, excellent communicator, and strategic thinker capable of leading the end-to-end creative process while collaborating closely within internal teams. An open mindset is a MUST, as the role involves working with diverse and unconventional products. The candidate should be able to think outside the box and develop innovative, bold, and playful ad campaigns that resonate with our unique target audience.
Key Responsibilities- Concept Development: Create innovative advertising concepts and scripts tailored to the target audience.
- Campaign Oversight: Lead the full creative cycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Team Coordination: Act as the central hub, liaising between UGC creators, cutters, and media buyers to bring campaigns to life.
- Content Sourcing: Collaborate with UGC creators to procure and integrate relevant content for campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign success using key metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS) and refine strategies accordingly.
- Process Management: Ensure the smooth execution of creative projects within deadlines and budget.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to the U.S. eCommerce market.
- Strong understanding of D2C advertising and paid media strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in campaign metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies relevant to paid advertising and content creation.
- Creativity, organization, and analytical thinking as core strengths.
- Fluent in English proficiency in German is a plus but not required.
- Full time, fully remote, permanent, B2B type of contract.
