About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns for RZLT and our clients.

We’re on the hunt for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with expertise in fintech, blockchain, or DeFi. 
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams. 
  • A proven track record of creating and executing impactful marketing strategies. 
  • Experience with SEO and performance marketing will be highly valued. 
  • In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and hands-on experience in the Web3 space. 
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to drive data-informed decisions. 
  • Passion for thriving in a collaborative, high-growth environment. 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. 
  • A willingness to learn and roll up your sleeves. 
  • Experience in an agency environment is a strong advantage. 
  • Demonstrated ability to respond swiftly and effectively to client needs and challenges.

,[Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for RZLT and its clients, with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes. , Create detailed plans for product launches and ongoing campaigns, collaborating with RZLT’s growth, analytics, social, content, and community teams to drive leads and conversions. , Oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive branding and storytelling across all platforms. , Work closely with clients to brainstorm innovative growth strategies and experiment with new platforms and channels to enhance marketing efforts. , Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing results against ROI and KPIs. , Provide data-driven insights and recommendations, optimizing strategies through A/B testing and continuous refinement. , Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly. , Manage client relationships and coordinate project execution, offering expert guidance to ensure successful marketing outcomes. , Support participation in industry events to expand brand reach and update website content to maintain relevance and competitiveness. , As a pivotal member of the team, reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll ensure that all RZLT deliverables meet high-quality standards, collaborating across teams and with clients to drive impactful results. ] Requirements: Web3, PM, SEO, Digital marketing, Branding, Testing, Blockchain, LinkedIn, Instagram, REST API Additionally: Remote work, Retreats, Support for relocation.
