Key Responsibilities- Handle inquiries and requests from customers efficiently and professionally in German or Dutch, via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify customer issues and resolve them satisfactorily within set timelines, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and work with the team to implement proactive measures for service enhancement.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions, ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance.
- Fluency in both written and spoken German or Dutch and English is required.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make decisive actions.
- Comfortable using customer service software and basic IT tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
