  • Comprehensive management of logistics processes (quantity and quality goods receipt, order picking, goods dispatch, professional use of forklifts and hydraulic lifting equipment)
  • Keeping logistics records up to date
  • Maintenance of warehouse inventory and preparation of reports
  • Performing invoicing tasks
  • Preparing import shipments for customs clearance
  • Recording imported goods in the system
  • Managing and maintaining export records
  • Preparing and tracking customer delivery orders with suppliers

  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Available to work extended hours.
